Agreement

By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions with FusionTech Components LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company located at 1446 Carol Rd, Meadowbrook, PA 19046. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order and to use a payment method that belongs to you.

Products, pricing and availability

We work to describe products accurately, but specifications, colors and packaging may change without notice. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping. Inventory is limited; if an item sells out after you order, we notify you and refund that line in full.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund it rather than fulfill at that price.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we ship the goods. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable household quantities, or cannot be shipped to the address provided.

Use of the site

• Do not scrape, resell or republish our catalogue content, images or descriptions.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Do not submit false information or use another person's payment method.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, product photography, layout and the FusionTech Components LLC name, is our property or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.

Assumption of risk

Sports, camping, fitness and water activities carry inherent risk. Use gear according to manufacturer instructions, inspect it before every use, and retire damaged equipment. You assume the risk of participation in these activities.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Pennsylvania law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
