Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus major digital wallets. All transactions are processed in US dollars. We do not accept checks, money orders or cash on delivery.

Authorization and capture

Your card is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order ships. For split shipments, each parcel is captured separately for the value it contains. An authorization hold that does not result in a shipment is released by your bank, typically within 3–5 business days.

Sales tax

Pennsylvania sales tax of 7% is estimated in the cart and calculated at checkout on the taxable merchandise subtotal after any promotional discount. Shipping charges are taxed where required by state law. Tax-exempt organizations should email their exemption certificate to suports@fusiontechcomponents.com before ordering.

Promotional codes

• One promotional code per order unless stated otherwise.
• Codes apply to the merchandise subtotal, never to shipping or tax.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

Currency and fees

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may add a foreign transaction fee or conversion spread that we do not control and cannot refund.

Failed and declined payments

Orders with a declined payment are held for 24 hours while we contact you, then cancelled automatically. Nothing ships until payment clears.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method only. See the Returns & Refund Policy for timing and eligibility.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved the same day. We supply order, shipment and delivery evidence in response to disputes and may decline future orders from accounts with fraudulent chargebacks.
