Returns & Refund Policy

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Gear must be unused, free of odor and field wear, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals and accessories.

How to start a return

• Email suports@fusiontechcomponents.com or call (952) 800-6905 with your order number.
• We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid label within one business day.
• Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and drop it with the carrier within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

We pay return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, a flat $7.95 label fee is deducted from your refund. Original outbound shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after our warehouse inspects the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit. Promotional discounts are applied proportionally across returned items.

Exchanges

Tell us the size or model you want and we will reserve it while your return is in transit. If the replacement costs more, we send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.

Non-returnable items

• Personal safety gear that has been used, including life vests and helmets with impact marks.
• Nutrition, fuel canisters and other consumables.
• Clearance items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
• Custom-strung rackets and custom-cut items.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We ship a replacement immediately at no cost, or issue a full refund including shipping, whichever you prefer.

Manufacturer warranty terms are listed on each product page. Start warranty claims with us and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
